I’m Rebekah, a mom of five, a former Security Forces member of the United States Air Force, and someone who’s reinvented herself more times than I can count.

After leaving the military, I traded in my uniform for motherhood, two little boys who quickly became my whole world. Later, after moving to Florida, I went back to school at 27 and earned my degree in Emergency Management and Administration, graduating with high honours. I also trained as an EMT and became a Licensed Massage Therapist because helping others has always been at the heart of who I am.

Life took me through chapters of marriage, motherhood, entrepreneurship, and eventually, the challenge of starting over after divorce. But that season became the making of me. I found strength I didn’t know I had through bodybuilding and fell in love with the discipline and freedom of the fitness lifestyle.

Recently, I reconnected with Karen, a friendship that began over 20 years ago during my time stationed in the UK. When she shared the Enagic opportunity with me, it instantly aligned with everything I believe in, health, purpose, freedom, and living life fully on your own terms.

Now, as I work toward my NASM certifications in personal training and nutrition coaching, my mission is to bridge the gap between fitness, wellness, and entrepreneurship, bringing Enagic into the world of athletes who want more than just physical transformation.
